Alliance for Integrated Care of New York and Envolve Partner on Unique Complex Care Organization ACO
NEW YORK CITY, June 20, 2017 – The Alliance for Integrated Care of New York (AICNY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Envolve, Inc. to provide administrative services related to its participation in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in 2017.
AICNY began its operations in 2014 and is one of the nation’s first approved Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) to focus on the needs of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). AICNY is a partnership between 8 developmental disabilities health services providers across New York State and 28 practices associated with the Queens County IPA. Envolve will be providing care coordination, population health technology and other services.
