We are happy to announce that Metro Community Health Centers’s newest location in Downtown Brooklyn recently joined our other 4 health centers in receiving the highest level of Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. This honor recognizes MCHC’s dedication to providing high quality medical, dental, specialty, and behavioral health services. The comprehensive array of on-site services administered under the direction of a diverse team of primary and specialty care providers ensures much better access and appropriate coordination of care. Our goal is to provide excellent care that is easy to access in an environment that is comfortable for our patients.
